Vanillite Com Day

The next Pokemon Go community day has been announced. This time, the featured Pokemon is Vanillite. The community day is on Apr 27th, starting at 02:00 pm/14:00 local time and ending at 05:00 pm/17:00 local time.

What is boosted during the event?

During the event, you get 3* Catch Stardust, 3* Catch Experience, 2* catch candy and 2* chance of getting XL Candy. Incense and Lure modules last 3 hours long during the event. Vanilluxe will have Avalanche as its move during the event until May 4th. One addintional special trade is given during the event, making it a total of 2 special trades for the day. The stardust cost for trades will be halved aka 50% less

Research

Before and on the day of, you can buy a special research ticket that gives you extra research. It usually costs $1-$2 per ticket or is converted in your country's currency. During and after the day, you will have timed research that gives out rewards as well. Both pieces of research have boosted shiny odds and can give you a Pokemon with a special background (Might And Mastery themed). So hope that you can get a shiny with the said background.
