Sparring Partners Raid Day

Next Raid Day is here; this time it is Sparring Partners Raid Day. It runs on April 13th from 02:00 pm/14:00 local time until 05:00 pm/17:00 local time. It features Mega Heracross, Hariyama, and Scraggy.

What to expect during the event

The Remote Raid Pass limit will be raised to 20 between April 12th, 05:00 pm/17:00 PDT until April 13th, 08:00 pm/20:00 PDT. You will get 5 additional free raid passes from spinning the photo discs at Gyms, making it a total of 6 free passes. There is an increased chance of getting Shiny Heracross, Shiny Hariyama, and Shiny Scraggy from the raids.

Event ticket

You can buy a ticket for the event to get more stuff during the event. The ticket costs $5 or what it gets converted to your currency. With the ticket, you get 8 more additional raid passes (a total of 14), 50% more XP from raids, 2x stardust from raids, and more Rare Candy XL. These bonuses are only applied when the event happens locally.

Research

There will be a timed research during the event, and the rewards are as such: 10k Stardust, 1k Stardust from completing a raid (2k Stardust in total, or 3k with ticket), and more!
