Remote Trading Coming To Pokemon GO

Pokémon GO has announced a new feature that is gradually rolling out. This feature is a new level of Friendship as well as Remote Trades. This is gradually rolling out, starting today with New Zealand
Forever Friends
When you become Forever Friends with other players, you'll be able to Remote Trade. You can keep engaging with Forever Friends to earn more Friendship Points to get more experience and more Remote Trades, but you can only have one Remote Trade available with a Forever Friend at a time. Friendship Points are to be added to track friendship progression. You can earn one Friendship Point a day with a friend
How Remote Trades work
With Remote Trades, each player takes turns to select up to 3 of a friend's tagged Pokémon to receive. These wishlists are sent to the other trailers, and when each player selects it, they can then review and confirm or cancel. The following Pokémon can't be traded in Remote Trades:
Pokémon caught in the last 30 days
Previously traded Pokémon
Shadow Pokémon
Mythical Pokémon
Pokémon defending Gyms or Power Spots
Pokémon currently set as your buddy
Actively Mega-Evolved Pokémon
Fused Pokémon
Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta
Pokémon placed at Pokémon Playgrounds.
Increase in the number of Friends
The number of friends players can have will be increased from 450 to 650
Research
There will be Timed Research from December 15th through 29th, which contains an encounter with Scatterbug as well as Experience, Stardust, and more.
