Precious Pals: Taken Over

A new event for Pokémon GO has been announced, and it's called 'Precious Pals: Taken Over'. The event runs from Jan 23rd, 10 am, until Jan 25th, 08:00 pm. It features the debut of Shadow Thundurus.

What to expect

During the event, Team GO Rocket will appear more in PokéStops and Balloons, and you can use a Charged TM to have Shadow Pokémon forget Frustration.

New Shadow Pokemon

During the event, Team GO Rocket will also use Shadow Chespin, Shadow Fennekin, and Shadow Froakie for the first time.

Research

There will be Field Research to get Fast TMs, Charged TMs, and Mysterious Components. A Collection Challenge will be available to get Experience, Stardust, and a Rocket Radar.
