Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: Porygon2 7 Star Raid Guide

The latest 7-star raid is out, and it is Porygon2 with Normal Tera type. It runs from June 5th, Midnight UTC, until June 15th, 11:59 pm/23:59 UTC.

Notes:

You can only catch one per savefile, meaning you can not catch more Porygon2 from the raid. Porygon2 will have perfect IVs in all stats and the mightiest mark, which only 7 star raid mons have. You can not shiny hunt it, as it is coded never to appear shiny.

How to get the raids on your map

1. Go to Poke Portal, then Mystery Gift

2. Click on Poke Portal News, then connect to the Internet

3. After a while, you will get a pop-up saying you are up to date

4. Check your map and look for Tera raids with sparkles around them

How to defeat Porygon2

Here is the setup to defeat Normal Tera Porygon2:

Annihilape @ Metronome

Ability: Defiant

Tera Type: Fighting

IVs: All except Sp.Atk

EVs: 252 Sp.def / 252 Atk / 4 HP

Adamant Nature

- Drain Punch (TM073 + PP UP'd)

- Focus Energy (Relearn move)

Ideal mon to have as an NPC is a healer and/or something that can paralyze it.

Turn 1: Focus Energy Turn 2+: Drain Punch. Tera when you can. If you die, then use focus energy upon return and then spam Drain Punch again.
