Today we had the first Pokemon Presents of 2025, and here is what were announced in the Presents:

Pokemon Concierge

New episodes of Pokemon Concierge is coming to Netflix in September of this year. We got to see some pokemon are coming in said episodes. We saw only Shinx, Arcanine and Corphish, and they looked good and realistic in terms of how the series is looking.

Pokemon Go

We got told about Go Tour happening this weekend. Most of this we had covered earlier in the article about Go Tour. A promo code was given out, and it features the Unova starters and you can select which one you want to encounter. It will have a special background to it. The code is GOTOURUNOVA. Lastly, the new season got announced and it is feature Kubfu and its evolution Urshifu. It starts on March 4rd and lasts until June 3rd, and it is called Might and Mastery.

Pokemon Masters EX

New sync pair featuring Primal Kyogre, Primal Groudon and Mega Rayquaza was announced. Comes out tomorrow.

Pokemon Cafe Remix

New menu item gets added and the paldea starters can appearing starting tomorrow.

Pokemon Sleep

It was announced that Darkrai and Cresselia are coming to the game. No release date as given, but it was advertised as Darkrai VS Cresselia.

Pokemon Unite

Then we got news for Pokemon Unite. Suicune, Alolan Raichu and Alcremie is getting added to the game. Starting with Suicune this weekend and Raichu some time in April. No date/month were given for Alcremie. Remoat Stadium is returning to Ranked Battles, and a new gamemode got announced. It is called First to 500, which basically means first team to 500 points wins.

Pokemon Pocket

A new tcg set is coming to Pocket tomorrow Feb 28th, and the set is called Triumphant Light. It features Arceus as the set mascot.

Pokemon TCG

Mega Pokemon are returning to the TCG in 2025. Not much was shown, except Mega Lucario EX and Mega Gardevoir EX.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Next up was Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Firstly, we were given a mystery gift that gives us a rotom phone cover based on the games. One for scarlet and one for violet, aka you can only get the scarlet version in scarlet and the violet one in violet. Codes are SB00KC0VER for the scarlet and VB00KC0VER for Violet. There is currently no end date for them.

Starting tomorrow, we will have outbreaks in all areas of the game. These will have boosted odds of being shiny, currently we do not know the odds. Look for the article featuring the event when it comes out tomorrow. What we know are the pokemon in it. In Paldea, we will find outbreaks of Finizen, Smoliv and Charcadet. In Kitakami, we will see outbreaks of Applin, Poliwag and Sewaddle. Lastly at Blueberry, we will see Lapras, Porygon and Scyther. It lasts from Feb 28th 12:00 am/00:00 UTC until March 20nd 11:59 pm/23:59 UTC. The theme is Red, Blue and Green, a celebration for the first Pokemon Games.

Then we got the announcement of 7 star raids returning. First we will see Meowscarada with Grass tera type from Feb 28th until Mar 6st. Then Skeledirge with Fire tera type from Mar 7st until Mar 13th. Lastly, we will see Quaquaval with water tera type from Mar 14th until Mar 20th. More info about them will come when they are out. We were teased with Powerhouse or Psuedo-legendary pokemon appearing in 7 star raids as well, but we got no date. Only look at Tyranitar with Ghost Tera type.

Pokemon Champions: A new game

After SV, we got a teaser trailer for a new Pokemon game that is currently in development, and it is called Pokemon Champions. It is a game for both the switch and mobile. During the teaser trailer, we got to see mega pokemon vs teralized pokemon. We think it is basically what Pokemon Showdown is, but now something official. It will have connection with Home, so you can bring your own pokemon into the game. Pokemon Works is the ones working on the Game. It was confirmed that Latin American Spanish will be a language on the game with the rest of other languages you can select. As well with Legends: Z-A when that comes out.

Pokemon Legends: Z-A

Lastly, we finally got our first look at Legends: Z-A, and it looks very good. We saw first some parts of Lumiose and wether or not it was in the past or the future. Answer is the future, but how long into the future is unknown. What we know that, is that Lumiose is trying to be a city where both Pokemon and Humans can live together. Then we see the starters of the game, Chikorita, Tepig and Totodile. A bit weird combo, but a good combo nonetheless.

We see more gameplay of how the game works, like walking, fighting and ofc Mega Evolution. No New mega was shown in the trailer. Then we get introduced to some new and old characters. First up is the rival/friend for the game, and we are back it being a different gender based on what you select. If you select the male character, then you will meet Taunie. If you select the female character, then you will meet Urbain. Then we got a look at AZ (how is he still alive??) and Eternal Flower Floette. AZ works at/owns Hotel Z, where our new friend/rival also works at.

Quasartico Inc. is the ones behind the rebuild of Lumiose. We meet its CEO, Jett and her secretary Vinnie. Not much was shown of them, so we are going to wait later for that. Then we got introduced to how there are wild pokemon in Lumiose. New areas have been added and they are called Wild Zones. Inside these zones, you can fight and catch pokemon. Not much was shown about it either, but the first zone was called Wild Zone 1. So we expect that to be the names for the zones.

Then we got to see how battles work and it is a new style of battle. It is now more dynamic and basically acts like other japanese combat games. Where you have to at a certain range to do said attack, and can dodge moves by moving your pokemon. Then we saw Megas in battle, and it changes the battle quite a bit. Moves get stronger, not much was shown about it then a few seconds from different battles.

Then came the thing we all were waiting for, the release date for Z-A. Sadly, no release date was given, but we know it is coming out late 2025. Then we end the trailer with something that looks like a battle league challenge were given out. Like how it was in the last season for Ash in the anime.
