Pokemon Go: Stunning Styles

The newest event in Pokemon GO has been announced: Stunning Styles. It features the debut of Paldean Tauros in all 3 forms. The event runs from April 3rd at 10:00 am/10:00 local time until April 7th at 08:00 pm/20:00.

What to expect during the event

During the event, there will be 2x XP and an increased chance of Shiny Shellos. Combat breed Tauros will spawn in the Iberian Peninsula, while the Blaze Breed in the Eastern Hemisphere, and the Aqua Breed in the Western Hemisphere.

Wild Encounters

You will find Castform, Sunny Castform, Rain Castform, Windy Castform, and Burmy in the wild during the event. Castform spawns in any weather during the event.

Research

Research for Marshadow will come for those who haven't caught Marshadow before. The Might and Mastery research will continue and get new tasks to do. During the event, there will be a free and a paid timed research. In the free version, you will get rewards such as Kubfu Candy, encounters with Clamperl, Espurr, and Morpeko, and additional candy for catching Pokemon after completion. While in the paid version, you get 4 premium battle passes, 1 Lucky Egg, 1 Star Piece, and encounters with Shellos and Espurr.

Raids

In 1 star raids, we find Shellos, Espurr, and Rockruff. While in 3 star raids, we find Paldean Tauros, Decidueye, and Hisuian Decidueye. All can be shiny except for Paldean Tauros and Decidueye (Hisuian Decidueye can be shiny).
