Pokemon Go: Fuzzy Buddy Research Day

A new event in Pokemon Go has been announced, and it is Fuzzy Buddy Research Day. It is happening on March 29th 02:00 pm/14:00 local time until 05:00 pm/17:00 local time.

What to expect

The Research Day is for Teddiursa, Cubchoo, Pancham and Stufful. All can be shiny, and it is boosted. At the moment, they only appear in Field Research Tasks and maybe in the free and paid timed research.

Research

During the event, there will be a free and a paid time research. The paid research will let you branch into one of the four pokemon and do tasks related to them. Upon completion, you can select one of them to do the research over again but for a different pokemon. The paid research costs $2 or what it gets converted into your currency.

Wild Encounters

We will see Sentret, Slakoth, Bidoof, Minccino, and Bunnelby more in the wild during the event. All can be shiny, but there is no boosted odds.
