Pokemon Go: Catch Mastery: Archen

The latest event has been announced, and it is Catch Mastery: Archen. It happens on March 16th 10:00 am/10:00 am local time until 08:00 pm/20:00 local time.
What to expect during the event
During the event, Kabuto and Omanyte spawn in the wild and got boosted shiny odds. Archen will also have boosted odds. You will get 2x XP for catching pokemon by getting nice, great and excellent throws, as well to curveball throws.
Research
There will be a timed research during the event with 40 encounters of Archen. It is 10 sets of tasks in the research. There will also be a paid timed research with exact same encounters, making it that you have 80 total encounters with Archen. It costs $2 or what it gets converted into your currency
