Mega Dimension News Nov 6th

Today, we got news about the DLC to Legends Z-A, also known as Mega Dimension. Here is what we got to know during today's trailers.

Release Date

Mega Dimension releases on Dec 10th. Exactly when on that day was not announced, but likely will follow a similar pattern for SV's DLCs.

New Megas

We got shown new megas, and they are Mega Chimecho and Mega Baxcalibur. To get Baxcalibur's mega stone, Baxcalibrite, you have to reach a certain rank in Ranked Battles Season 4. It is unclear when that season starts.

New Character & Returning Character

We were shown a new character, and that is Ansha. She has Hoopa by her side. We got another character returning from XY, and that is Korrina. Since XY, she has gotten more mega stones and aims to be the best mega evolution trainer to carry all mega stones. With that, she has gotten a new look, which features a lot of mega stones.

Lumiose?

In the DLC, rifts start appearing across Lumiose City, and Hoopa helps open them. Inside the rifts, you get transported to Hyperspace Lumiose. Here, you will find Pokémon that exceed level 100. Each rift looks to be similar to Wild Zone, and you will find certain Pokémon in them, even regional forms.

Donut Baking?

Ansha can bake donuts that awaken Hoopa's power, which allows it to open the rifts. Think about it like making poffins in Sinnoh. These donuts can also increase Pokémon levels temporarily when in Hyperspace.

New Event

During the same time, a mystery gift for Diancie's mega stone, Diancite, is now able to be gotten and starts its side mission event within the game. You do not need the DLC to be able to do this mission, but you need to have finished the main story of the game. There is no end date for this event yet.
