The newest outbreak event has been announced, and they have boosted shiny odds to 1/200 or 0.5%. The theme is Celebration of Switch 1, and Pokémon depicted as Switch 1 is Porygon.

Date, Time, and Placement

The outbreaks go live on Monday, the 2nd, at midnight UTC and last until 23:59/11:59 pm UTC on June 4th.

Everywhere

You will find Porygon outbreaks. It spawns in the air so that it can be anywhere. Above water, in the grass areas, caves, etc.

How to get the outbreaks on your map

1. Go to Poke Portal, then Mystery Gift

2. Click on Poke Portal News, then connect to the Internet

3. After a while, you will get a pop-up saying you are up to date

4. Check your map and look for yellow sparkle outbreaks
